All the funds transferred thru wire transfer normally take 1-3 business days to be credited to CHDM’S bank account.
Kindly recheck beneficial owner name while transferring funds from a bank account because it must have the same owner name than the one indicated in your account opening form (“BANK COORDINATES” page of the contract).
On all wire transfers CHDM (CH DEVISEN MACHT SA) must be named as the beneficiary. Trading activity cannot take place until your wire transfer activity is affirmed to CHDM by the depositary bank.
CHDM doesn’t involve and receive or deposit any payments from a third party, all the funds would be returned instantly.
In conformity with the SWISS REGULATIONS and actual AML standards, complete Account opening certification will let us provide you the wiring instructions; anterior to the account confirmation nothing can be done.
